Thematics & GTAIM > GTAIM - Information and information systems securityGTAIM - Information Security and Information Systems (ISS)
The objective is to better understand the behaviour of the actors (leaders, managers and employees), in particular through the 'coping' theories (Lazarus and Folkman, 1984), and the models that have been applied in the context of ISS, in particular the PMT (Maddux and Rogers, 1983) and the CMUA (Beaudry and Pinsonneault, 2005). The GTAIM will focus on the theoretical, practical and methodological developments of these behavioural theories: the motivation of employees to adopt beneficial behaviours (Boss et al., 2015) or conversely to commit fraud (Willison and Warkentin, 2013); the evolution of cybercrime and the new behaviours of hackers (Crossler et al., 2013); the influence of culture (Srite and Karahanna, 2006) and the work environment (Karasek, 1979) on ISS behaviours. There are many avenues of research; the approach of this GTAIM will be resolutely open to the abundance of ISS research issues (economics of cybersecurity, ISS strategy and governance, new issues of confidentiality and compliance, NeuroIS, evolution of risks and vulnerabilities, cyberwarfare, etc.).
